CUSTOM BOOKS:
Who is the book designed for?
This book is designed for pet lovers of all ages and is also frequently bought as a special keepsake!
What format is the book?
The book is 8 inches wide by 10 inches tall. It is digitally printed on high quality, thick paper. The book is available in softcover or hardcover versions.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries. We will let you know the expected delivery date for your location during the ordering process.
How long does it take to arrive?
Books are custom printed on demand and US and international orders typically take 2-3 weeks based upon production demand, though often orders arrive much sooner!
*Please note that due to the pandemic USPS sometimes has delays with shipping, so it is recommended to factor in extra time when ordering just in case*
When do I need to order for Holiday delivery?
For guaranteed delivery by Christmas we recommend ordering by the following dates. Orders after these dates may still arrive by Christmas, but we cannot guarantee holiday delivery:
- US Orders: November 17th, 2023
- We recommended choosing the Expedited Shipping option during the holidays since USPS can have delays with certain classes of shipments. Expedited shipping ships via Priority Mail, UPS or similar, which typically deliver 1-2 business days after book production is complete.
- UK: November 17th, 2023
- Canada/Australia/Rest of World: November 17th, 2023
Important Note: The above guarantee excludes custom book designs based on photos, which may add up to an additional week to production time during the holidays. We will endeavor to create designs quickly and ship as soon as we can. Speed of design can be anywhere from a day to a week based on the level of complexity of the pet's coloring.
Can I have more than one pet in the story?
Yes! You can create a story with one, two, or three pets having an adventure together as well. Books can include dogs only, cats only, or dogs and cats together. Just choose the number of pets that you'd like in the book during the order process.
I don't see my breed / can you customize designs / images?
Custom breed designs and colorings can be created for an additional fee. Choose the "Custom Design or Breed" option when choosing your dog or cat breed, simply include the information in the order form. You can also email color / breed details and additional images if desired to orders@petventuresbook.com with your order number when you choose the Custom Design or Breed option.
Can I see a sample of my order?
For Pet Books: You can see a sample book preview on our site at https://petventuresbook.com/pages/golden-retriever-preview. Or if you'd like we can send you a sample of one pose if you choose the "Custom Design or Breed" option and share your order number when reaching us at orders@petventuresbook.com.
Can I put a photo in my book?
If you would like to add a dedication photo in your book please choose the "Add a dedication photo" option at the end of the order form and upload the image you would like for a dedication photo.
Please Note: If you choose the "Custom Breed or Design" option the photo uploads in that section are for our artists to review examples of your pet, not for a dedication photo.
CUSTOM POP ART PRODUCTS:
How long does it take to arrive?
Products are custom printed on demand and US orders typically take 1-2 weeks, factoring in design and proof time. International orders may take longer to ship, approximately 2-3 weeks.
Can I have more than one pet on a product?
Yes! You can create products with multiple pets as long as they fit in the images you send.
What kind of pet can I get made into a custom product?
We create artistic designs based on whatever amazing pet you have, as long as you can send us images of your furry, feathered or scaly friend.
How do you turn my pet into a custom product?
Once you submit an image of your pet to us, our artists will create a design based on your imagery. We will email you a preview of the design for you to approve across various backgrounds; you get unlimited revisions until the design is picture-perfect, or we will refund your money if you are not happy with the art before printing.
CANVAS PRINTS:
What is a canvas print made of?
Our portraits are made of acid-free, PH neutral, poly-cotton base printed on textured and fade-resistant canvas (OBA-free), with hand-glued solid wood stretcher bars and mounting brackets.
What are the dimensions of your canvas prints?
Our canvas prints are 1.5 inches deep and are available in the following dimensions:
- 12 * 16 inches
- 16 * 20 inches
- 24 * 36 inches
How It Works:
We turn a picture of your pet into a custom printed canvas, t-shirt or phone case. Here's our process:
1.) You choose your product, size, and send us a picture of your pet.
2.) Our artists create a mock-up of your pet with your desired background.
3.) Based on your feedback, our artist execute unlimited revisions until you're completely happy.
4.) Once you're happy with your mock-up, we print your design and ship your product.
RETURN POLICY
Awesome custom products are the best. But customer happiness is the super best. In other words, we want to be sure you’re over the moon about your product. Since products are custom designed and carefully printed especially for you there are no returns. However, if your order is defective we’ll gladly replace any items after receiving the original product in it's original packaging after 30 days from the order. We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every purchase.
